This diagram attempts to simplify the policy frameworks relevant to culture and sport. In particular, different elements of the planning system (blue column) are explained in greater detail following this diagram.

It also illustrates the range of organisations (green column) (including government departments, delivery agencies and partners, and statutory consultees) who are involved in culture and sport planning at various levels of the process.
