www.livingplaces.org.uk is administered by the living places Partners: Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA), Arts Council England, DCMS, DCLG, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), Sport England, English Heritage and CABE.

1. Use of the living places website

1.1 Access and use by you of the living places Website constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions which take effect from the date of first use.

1.2 living places may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and any related policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

www.livingplaces.org.uk may have links to other websites. living places is not responsible for the contents, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of any linked website. living places, to the extent permissible by law, excludes all liability which may arise from your use or reliance on the information or contents contained in the linked site.

6. Submitting a case study via the online form

Case study submission:
We want to share good practice and we are constantly adding to our case study library on this site, your contribution is therefore very much appreciated. Please complete the online form , giving as much detail as possible. Upon receipt of your nomination, we will send an acknowledgement. All case studies will go undergo an approval process before going online and we regret that we can’t guarantee that every case study will be used and summaries may be subject to editing. In most instances, we will contact the sender to discuss the case study in more detail and ask for images to accompany the case study text.

Your submission of the online form signifies that you own the necessary copyright and consents on the submitted materials and that you grant living places permission to use these materials. You agree to indemnify the living places Partners against any claim in respect of your breach of such permissions and any action by a third party. Please let us know if you want our publication of these materials to be restricted to our web site.

7. Members’ area

The living places Members area contains documents that are for public consumption as well as more sensitive documents that are not for distribution outside the living places membership.

The categorisations of documents:
The only section of the member’s area that contains public documents that are able to be circulated widely without prior permission is the – External Communications Section. The rest of the documents in the member’s area remain confidential and for living places Members only.

By logging into the members section you are agreeing to not circulate the documents in the members section without prior permission from the living places Programme Manager.
